DELIVERY INFORMATION

We ship within Edmonton and surrounding area Monday - Saturday . Contactless delivery is available. You can select your desired delivery/pickup option at the check out. Your delivery time request will be made to the best of our ability but is not guaranteed. We are required to phone the recipient to confirm the delivery time and location before sending out the order.

In the event no one is home to take delivery of your flowers, we will leave them in a suitable place if we feel it is safe to do so. If not, they will be returned to us until further arrangements for re-delivery can be made. This will incur further delivery charges. Same day re-delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Once items have been delivered, Floranna Studio will not accept liability for any items that may be lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

For all same-day deliveries Monday to Saturday , we must receive your orders before 10am. For weekend deliveries, orders must be placed before 8am Friday.
